Supper of Sliders

Had three of the seven grand kids last night.  These are so easy to fix and adult bit size as well as kid size. 

Just season the meat as you would for regular size hamburgers.  For me its salt, pepper and worchestshire sauce.  Size the patties to fit your buns.  I use whatever small diner roll is on the day old rack.  Fry, bbq or Traeger to suit your taste.  Add cheese or not.For kids its American cheese and ketchup.  Adults are more fun…..Chipolte mayo and jack……the combos are endless.

Headed to cake decorating class tonite.  No time to practice this week so it ought to be interesting.
